Ok. So I’m back at school after a long break that somehow still seemed to be MUCH too short.
Mondays and Wednesdays I have:
English Composition II
Tuesdays and Thursdays:
Really excited about Business Principles. Had the first class last night, and the teacher is the Vet’s affairs coordinator for the college. While his military lingo can get old, he’s a good guy, and I rather think I’m going to enjoy the hell out of the class.
I’m not wanting to talk about *gag* algebra *gag* right now…
Hoping I didn’t jump in over my head with Comp II. Writing has always been one of my strengths, but I haven’t done much formal writing since ’96, so I’m more than a bit rusty. Even the creative writing I’ve done has only come in fits and starts and hiccups…with maybe the occasional burp thrown in, depending on inspiration, time, and dietary content. I took Comp I in fall of 94, so that’s been a while. If nothing else, I think I’ll just have to stop by the learning lab and get critiques at home and work as well to double-check myself at first. Coleen’s an awesome writer, and can make a page bleed red better than most.
Anyhow, wish me luck, and throw a good vibe my direction. It’s going to be a long semester.
